Pieter de Leeuw designed this typographic bookshelf where the letters can be arranged to the user’s liking; the wooden letters can also be used as seating. This is so amazing!

Emigre releases Mr Eaves the sans serif companion to the much beloved typeface Mrs Eaves. Designed by Zuzana Licko, the typeface is available in both Sans and Modern versions and looks to be as highly usable as the Mrs, which I never found wedding invitation or fancy restaurant menu I wouldn’t use it to death on.

Delicate typography and quaint illustrations for wine packaging by Norwegian design firm, DesignersJourney. The explanation below proves the design solution to be well-executed in both concept and form.

The idea was to transmit an unpretentious “every day feeling” and to open a window to the smells, sounds and impressions of a simple life in the countryside. We wanted to create an identity that would reflect this authentic background by melting humor and pairing suggestions with intimate and nostalgic values.”
