Chronicle Books’ Port-a-Pug is either super weird or incredibly cute. Either works—the promo video got our attention.
“Port-a-Pug has all the perks and benefits of real dog ownership without the exhausting cleanup or the expensive upkeep. Easy to assemble, easy to transport, difficult not to adore.” —Chronicle Books

Lightleafs
LightLeafs is an illuminated OLED bookmark by designer Valentina Trimani that provides just enough light for reading in the dark. The light is as thin as a page in a book, it runs wirelessly and can easily br stored inside your favourite book. The light would be rechargeable with brightness controls to turn it down so that it won’t bother others nearby. (via designboom)
